JDE - WMS - What is difference between Fixed location & Random location

Hi All,

I have query on below points,

1.What is the difference between Fixed & Random location

2.Is their possible to define Fixed location also as a  Random location?, If yes then in Putaway suggestion by batch ( R46171) which location will be selected first ,system selects fixed location first or Random location first for suggesting quantities.?

If anybody has idea, Kindly help me to understand these concepts
