JDE server manager stuck at "Initializing Server Manager for EnterpriseOne. One moment..."

I was using JDE server manager when it stopped responding. When I checked from another browser, I get this message, "JDE  server manager stuck at "Initializing Server Manager for EnterpriseOne. One moment...".

Sorry, there are no other messages on the screen.

Is there any way to find ut why this occurred?
