Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hi,

If we have two lanes in Rate Service

1: From Country to Country with transit time of 1 Day

2: From Location to Location with transit time of 15 mins

While planning OTM will select which of these two. Is the selection based on lower lead time, geohierarchy or it is random or some other rule?
