HFM upgrade application utility 11.2.2

Hi All,

We have recently configured HFM in windows 2019 servers in distributed env. later we have copied the exiting HFM databases schema from 11.1.2.4 version to 11.2.2 . When we are running HFM upgrade application utility getting very common error message :

Select 'Connect' to start.

Attempting to connect to datasource...

Can not establish connection!

Not connected.

Unable to locate the HSX_DATASOURCES table!  Please verify that you are pointed to the correct datasource!

Error=(-2147467259) Description=(Unspecified error

)

No HFM applications found!

Nothing to upgrade.

provided connection string values properly but not understanding why it's not able to connect We are using SQL server 2016 server . Could someone help me or any idea what exactly going error here ? Is it required TLS 1.1 to enable for this activity ?
