How many license do I need in a server with several database running?

Hi,

We have an AIX 7.1 server that has three (3) databases running, DB1, DB2, DB3, on EACH of the database's AWR, it reports Host CPU = 64, CORE = 32

but actual setting in EACH of the parameter files are as follows:

DB1 : CPU_COUNT = 64

DB2 : CPU_COUNT = 6

DB3 : CPU_COUNT = 2

How should we calculate how much license we need for this?
