TFA 20.2.2 dicoverd no trace directories

Hello,

on all my RAC Clusters tfa discoverd no directories. TFA status show all nodes running with version 20.2.2

Manuell tfactl rediscover find no trace directories

tfactl rediscover -mode full

OSWatcher is already deployed at /usr/local/oracle/oracle.ahf/tfa/ext/oswbb

Could not find ORACLE_BASE in tfa_setup.txt

CRS is up and running

Running discovery and adding rediscovered directories ...

Discovering Nodes and Oracle Resources

/usr/local/oraInventory/logs does not exist in TFA

/usr/local/oraInventory/ContentsXML does not exist in TFA

Manuell directory add fails:

tfactl directory add /usr/local/oracle/diag/rdbms/cogn19/cogn19_1/trace
