Install Oracle 19c on Windows on an existing ORAHOME failed (INS-35950)

Dear all,

I have removed Oracle 19c from my Windows 2012 R2 Server completely.

No I am going to install Oracle 19c again into the Oracle Home Folder I have selected during the 1st installation. I need to have my Oracle into that directory again.

But unfortunately I get the error Message INS-35950 with the hint to select another folder for ORACLE Home.

What do I have to do that my installation is possible without changing the folder ?
