Using Microsoft's Attunity against an Oracle database

There are times when there are gaps in the data.  If we go back and run a logminer query the data is in the archive log files.  There are no Oracle or Microsoft error messages.  This seems to be a timing issue.   What we see is an insert with many columns null.  I am told that this is the normal operation for the Maximo application.  This is the OLTP application that is running against Oracle. Then a few seconds later there is an update to the row just inserted.  It is the update that is missed.  When I am told
