Grid Infrastructure 19.3.0

RDBMS 19.3.0

1. We just upgraded from 11.2.0.4 and I want to verify that Oracle Restart is automatic what is the command to verify this environment variable?

2. I tried to run getenv and somehow the DB is still associated with 11.2.0.4 home, the command is being run from grid infrastructure.  Somewhere somehow an environment variable is set incorrectly and ideas as to how to find it?
