Employee Update Program shows it completed successfully but did not make updates to Supplier - Emplo

We schedule the Employee Update Program to run nightly but noticed that it is NOT updating the Supplier Employee records for Terminated employees or for employees that have had a name change.  There are no errors for this program.

I have opened an SR with Oracle.
