Hi Everyone,

BMC Remedy Service Desk 19.08 is now certified with Enterprise Manager 13.3 & 13.4 (using the Remedy Service Desk Connector 12.1.0.3.0). MOS certification matrix and EM documentation will be updated shortly. For more information about the connector please visit the BMC Remedy Service Desk 7.6 Ticketing Connector Configuration Guide.
