unincorpoarted Location tax setup

in E-Business Tax (MOSC) Question

Eugene OR local ER tax is new & effective 1/1/21. One of locations address is in an unincorporated area of Lane County.  We don’t need to pay the tax. How does this need to be setup on the work location taxation address since it is in an unincorporated area?
