Only Div 00 can be used with nonconsolidating companies error

Hello,

I am setting up a new entity and ledger but when I utilize our standard account information for "Entered currency balancing account" and the same account information for "ledger currency balancing account" fields I receive an error "only div 00 can be used for nonconsolidating companies." The division is in fact not 00 but it is the same I have entered for every other ledger we create. Any idea why this error is appearing?
