Hi,You can attach the document to the SR itself. Are you by any means unable to attach the file to the SR?

If you are not able to attach the file to the SR, you can send the file via email. You may ask for analyst email address in SR.0

Hi,
you can use https://supportfiles.sun.com/upload site and upload the Docs/logs
1:- browse the files for uploading
2:- select the location as cores
3:- put the SR Number in third TAB option
and upload the files
or
can send the mail to support@sun.com it will automatcally attach the conntent with SR for case owner
OR
can ask mail ID for Case owner and send the logs directly

Open your SR in MOS.In the right hand side you can see SR Information. There you can see Upload link

Click on the Service Request it will take you to the Service Request Dashboard. On the right hand side of the SR Dashboard is the Information Region. Choose the "Upload" link to the right for attachments.
A Pop-up will appear allowing you to upload your document to the Service Request.
If this is a Hardware issue and need to upload Explorer or Core Files follow note 1021099.1.

Hello and good evening, Thank you for submitting a document to this community. On February 28, 2012, the community user named "Charlie" supplied a few helpful screen shots as well as document IDs to successfully accomplish this intended task. In addition, I have sent a note to the support engineer assigned to this specific SR. I hope you found this information helpful.
