Hi, After research of Bug 4689997 -'REQUISITION DESCRIPTION POPULATED TO PURCHASE ORDER HEADER BY AUTOCREATE', I have found that this is an Enhancement Request but only for a one-to-one relationship (one Requisition to one Purchase Order). From review of the Service Request I understand you want it to handle when a PO is created from multiple Requisitions
to just drop in the word 'Multiple' in the Purchase Order Description, and the analyst has provided a form personalization.
Would you please confirm if this same forms personalization is the detail you would like added to ER 4689997.

Not sure whether it is already shared or not, but this can be easily implement and this will carry only in core forms and not the Autocreate using Document Builder in BWC.
