Promised Date and Last Accepted Date in PO Line Locations table

We use iProcurement instead of Oracle Forms for purchasing transactions. System allows end user to enter wrong format for year - 0214 instead of 2014. This is causing problem for reporting tools.

Anyone has suggestions - Pls advise.
