iSupplier Portal - Not able to find the PO to create ASBN

  A PO is created and approved. When I tried to create an ASBN, i Supplier portal is not showing the POs in 'View Shipments Due Any time' results. I am able to see the POs to create an ASN.

Is there any setup needed to create the ASBN. Why POs are displayed  to create ASN and why not in ASBN search results.

Confirm that none of the following apply, if they do, the criteria will need be changed to allow orders to be viewed:
1. Supplier can not be flagged for pay on receipt.
2. The consigned_flag can not be equal to 'Y'
