Is there a way to email the PO pdf to Requestors

Hi,

What is the easiest way to email the Purchase order Pdf to the requestor in the associated requisition.

When the PO pdf is emailed to the supplier at the same time, we want the PO pdf to be emailed to requestor too.

What is the easiest way to achieve this ?

If you are not already using it there is the option to have a second e-mail sent. If the below profile has a value you the standard POAPPRV workflow will send a second e-mail to the e-mail address specified.

The workflow will then need amending to point to the below value as the performer so that this second e-mail goes to the requester rather than the value set in the profile.
