Notice for Demantra Customers Regarding Java SE 8 End of Java Plugin / Applet Support - Demantra ver

Effective March 31, 2019, Java SE 8 Plugin support ends. This effectively ends Oracle's support of the Java Plugin and Java Applets.  The Plugin technology may be removed from a future Java SE 8 release, but there are no plans to do so at this time.  Although Oracle will no longer consider Applets as a supported technology on JDK 8 updates released after March 2019, there are currently no plans to remove the components required to run Applets.  Service requests can continue to be filed for issues found on Applets, but Support will be provided on a Sustaining Support level
