How to delete the defaulting order in Application Tax Options

Appear this error when I try to create another

ERROR: Tax options for this combination of operating unit and application already exist.

Hi,

Are you unable to define new Application Tax options because a record for 
the same operating unit and application already exists but that record has 
been inactivated by the user?


If you are facing this issue, kindly contact Oracle Support creating a service request to ask for a datafix

because inactivating defaulting order is irreversible. 


If the issue is different, please be more specific.
