Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. There is a standard API for credit memo called 'AR Credit Memo API pub' which creates and applies to a transaction.

You will have to explore the functionality, the way you want.
