What Files To Upload While Creating Period Close Service Requests ?
Due to the large number of Period closures Service Request we receive during monthend,I believe it is good to see how we can expedite solutions.Period Closures are the most important task and usually when the period closing is stuck the issue becomes quite hot.If you are working with Oracle Support and Raise a Service request your expectations will usually be a quick resolution if such issues.

1. Where you see the issue (screen shots/report/etc.)
2. Unposted Item Report
3. Subledger Period Close Exception Report
4. Create Accounting output file
