Mandatory Fields on Customer page

On : 12.1.3 version,

I want to make customer fields mandatory i.e. Profile class etc. In Profile amounts i.e Credit limit/ Order limit fields. Also in Bill To (GL ACCOUNTS) i.e. Sale Territory / Sale Person / Order Type fields. Please help in this regards
