Receivables - EBS (MOSC)

No organization are currently defined in Setup -> Transactions -> Items -> Define Items

I am starting to use Receivables but have problem in creating items.

I can find plenty of item codes available in the transaction window.  I think those items are created in Inventory module before.

When I navigate to Setup -> Transactions -> Items -> Define Items using Receivables Manager responsibility.   I got error "No organization are currently defined".  Is that something I have to setup for Receivables ?

Moreover, if I want the items that I am going to create do not mix up with those created in Inventory module.   What should do?
