Multiple AR Transaction & Receipt accounting not transferred to GL and not in TB but seen accounting

Multiple AR Transaction & Receipt accounting not transferred to GL and not in TB but seen accounting in Sub Ledger.

Two Issue faced

1. For New Transaction from AR not done accounting i.e.create accounting goes in error

2. Some Previous transaction accounted sub ledger but not transferred to GL

Issue 1. Please confirm what is the error message in the log files

Issue 2. Did you run the  "Transfer Journal Entries to GL" Program using the below navigation?

Receivable Responsibility:
Control>Request>Run

Hi,

For transferring journal entries to GL, you have to do the following:

Please run "Transfer Journal Entries to General Ledger" concurrent program from Receivables responsibility.
