Depending on where on the screen you want the text to be, you either use personalizations or configure communication messages.
To configure communications messages, do the following;
First you have to set up Communication Types for each Plan
US Super HRMS Manager --> Total Compensation --> General Definitions --> Additional Setup --> Communication Types
Second you have to set up the new instruction text for each Plan Type.
Click on the Usage button and set up the plan type under each program and plan combination that you want to have a message displayed.
