Can HR coordinator can initiate employee appraisal on behalf of Manager?

Dear Guru's

This is to ask you, is it possible HR to initiate employee appraisal instead of Manager?

Since we have more employees so company has decided to give rights to HR, to initiate the appraisal's................Can any one help on this as soon as possbile please.

For HR Administrator to update the appraisal they may have to update themselves as the Main Appraiser. To do this you could use the navigation below :

Responsibility  HR Professional >> Appraisals

Search and Select for the employee >> click on Action

View all appraisals>> update the appraisal you wish HR Coordinator to update

Change Main appraiser to HR Coordinator.
