How to make approval while creating employee.

Requirement is to enter employee information once saved it will go to some other person for approval. If person will reject than it will again open for entry person to do the correction.

You can't do this through the PUI screen. You can use the Hire Employee function in Manager Self Service and have AME rules in place which will send the transaction for approval.

Concerning your question, please note that approval workflows are only available in Self Service menu functions. These do not work for PUI forms.
