Email Notification for Performance Management Plan not generated

     Hi ,

I have published a performance management plan with check mark on notify plan population. Being plan administrator I have received following emails.

1. Performance Plan 2018 (effective dates 01-JAN-2018 to 31-JAN-2019) has been published. Please view the log file for request ID 1633830 for any errors or warnings.

2. Performance Plan 2018 (effective dates 01-JAN-2018 to 31-JAN-2019) has been submitted for publication. The request ID is 1633830. You will be notified when the process completes. Until then, no action is required

But None of the employee included in  Plan Population has received any email regarding Performance Plan. is there any process needed to be run for sending email for Performance Management Plan ?
