for error : APP-FND-00906 - You Can Query Only Existing Flexfield Combinations on the Enter Budgets form

solution :

Define the code combination manually

Setup > Accounts > Combinations. Create the account code, and then use the same combination in the budget amount form.

Ensure that the account in question is part of the budget organization (Budgets > Define > Organization).

for error : query caused no records in enter budget amount

solution :

run Maintain Budget Organization request (Open budget organization and click maintain).
