Secondary Ledger- Data Conversion Level

Hi,

Can anybody explain me in what scenario we can use Data Conversion Level for "Balance" and for "Adjustment Only" in the Secondary Ledger? How system will transfer the Journals/Balances from the Primary Ledger to Secondary Ledger if Data Conversion Level is either "Balance" or "Adjustment Only"?

Kindly explain both Data Conversion Level.

If you use balance the secondary ledger will simply take the GL balances (as in the trial balance) from the Primary ledger & convert them & if you use the 'Adjustment only' one then all variations in the secondary ledger due to some modifications like say using a different SLAM will be transferred to the secondary ledger.
