Posting Journal Batch stuck with status "Processing"

Hello

One of our users cancelled the Posting job for their journal batch in the midst of it running.

The result is the journal batch is now showing status = "Processing".

On the GL.GL_JE_BATCHES table, we see the field, STATUS is "I".  Do we just need to change the STATUS field to a "U" for unposted?

Is any other tables involved?

  Hi Carol,

I suggest you check the status code in gl_je_headers and gl_je_lines as well.
If you are on R12.1.x, please run oracle diagnostic test per
