in this output showing the two batches has created, but as checked from backend there is no batches on created in gl_je_batches

You can check the below queries:

select * from gl_je_batches where request_id = 6402139;

select * from gl_je_batches where name like 'RMS A 6402139%';

Also, you can check with the related users if they have deleted the unposted journal/s.
