PeopleSoft and Oracle database performance tuning

We are on PeopleSoft HRMS 9.0 MP4 / PeopleTools 8.49.11 / Oracle 10.2.0.3. The OS is Solaris 5.10.

The system performance is really slow and we need to identify the core areas where we can work it out and fix / modify the system for optimum performance.
I would request you to ask me for the inputs you need from you like AWR report etc. and help me analyze the areas where we can work to gain good performance.
1. I have done a lot of analysis of the AWR report and realized the SGA was not properly set.So we have increased the SGA to the optimum level. Still, we could not get much improvement.
