Please clarify my below queries

Oracle version is 9.2.0.4

1.What are the benefits of reorg? How we can claim the performance after this?

2.When we have to do the reorg?

3.How can choose the table? Which needs reorg?

4.When we have to do?

5.What are the impacts of the reorg?
