The Oracle Enterprise Business Suite provides a Diagnostic Tool which includes tests for users in virtually every area of the Application to make sure the support team gets all the data required to assist on any functional errors. Functional teams can run tests sets to validate setups and validate whether processes (such as month end close) are complete. Technical teams can analyze data integrity issues and purge opportunities. DBAs can validate security best practices using the tool. There is much more to the support.
