duplicate 10G database into 11G

Hi everyone. I  need to copy an existing 10G database (10.2.0.4) into a newly created 11G (11.2.0.2). I have my notes on duplucating 10G into 10G database and I have notes to copy an 11G into 11G, but I am not sure whether any of them will work for 10G to 11G . If anyone did a 10 to 11 duplucation via Rman can you please share your experience (and notes if possible)

Hello Gene,
of course you can not simply restore the 10g files and open the DB with the 11g software, stating "this is a 11g database" (as for example there are differences in the dictionaries...) So I think that you can not do it with RMAN restoring a backup (datafiles would contain "10g structures").
