    Please be aware of the information in note 762155.1. A patch was released to fix the issue 

    Bug 6490436 11 HOST 11 Abstract: RHEL5.0 - CPU USAGE METRIC COLLECTION ERROR
		

    This was fixed in 10.2.0.5 with no workaround but applying the patch This was documented in bug 7284070.
