Installing Grid/RAC 11g using response files

Hi,

I am looking for a solution or advice on how I can use the response file to instal the grid software using scripts and response file, this is including setting up ASM as well. The reason is that we would like to make the installation quicker and define our standards, so that once simplified Junior DBA can just run the scripts.
