Need to know underlying calls/steps executed in crsctl stop crs -f

Hi,

I need to manually simulate the underlying shutdown commands, in the correct order, which are executed when issuing the command "crsctl stop crs -f" in an 11.2 cluster.

Can someone please suggest.

Thank you

  Hi Raj,

In general, resources are stopped first, then follow by the CRS components.
If you check the output of the crsctl stop crs command, will see the ordering of stop.
BTW, why need to perform the stop manually?
Regards,
Terence

Thank you very much Terence for the response.

We have an application which is experiencing connectivity issues when we stop CRS on a node.  So, we need to discretely perform the underlying steps at my own timing and observe the behavior on the application side.  Cam we get this information.

Howdy, Stranger!
