how to implement attachment functionality in custom forms

First of all please make sure that you post your issue as a thread not as a document.
Also, please provide more details on the environment used:
** Forms as part of Application Server or EBusiness Suite?
** Forms version
** How is this functionality supposed to work? Where is the attachment supposed to be visible?

Hi Alexandra,
Firstly sorry for the post as a document i use oracle support but new to communities.
I am working on the test environment with the oracle applications version 12.1.1 and 11i database,and the form is built through 10g developers suite.
In the standard too tool bar of applications we have a attachment icon in which we can attach files in applications.i Have tried to enable the attachment in standard form it worked perfectly fine but for the custion form in custom application the icon is not getting enabled.please help me if you an idea on this.
