Migrating Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1 from Oracle Linux 5.6 64-bit to RHEL Linux 6.4 64-bit

I want to migrate our Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1.3 from Oracle Linux 5.6 64-bit to Redhat Enterprise Linux 6.4 64-bit. Database versioin: 11.1.0.7.0

I have followed the document 1061303.1.

1. Document 406982.1 - Cloning Oracle Applications Release 12 with Rapid Clone

Please check logfile.

Error message in log file:

running genclntsh...

/d01/oracle/PROD/db/tech_st/11.1.0/lib32/libxml11.a: could not read symbols: File in wrong format
