ANNOUNCEMENT: Multiple Forms Sessions Support Is Now Available Using Java Web Start

Announcement

Certain use cases benefit from running multiple Forms sessions of the same Oracle E-Business Suite environment concurrently on the client. Multiple Forms sessions support is now available using Java Web Start with Oracle E-Business Suite. A new user preference gives the user a choice between using a single instance of the Forms application, or always launching a new Forms session from the browser.

Oracle E-Business Suite

  • Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2
  • Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1

Desktop Operating System

  • Microsoft Windows 7, 8.1 and 10
  • macOS High Sierra (macOS 10.13.3 or higher) and Mojave (macOS 10.14.1 or higher)

Browsers

  • Microsoft Windows
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 11
    • Microsoft Edge
    • Mozilla Firefox Extended Support Release (ESR) 60.x
