Oracle E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG) is now certified with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 and Oracle Database 19c On-premise.

What it includes

If your Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1.3 is on Oracle Database 19c, you can configure EBS for Integrated SOA Gateway and, leverage its features. Similarly, if your Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1.3 is already configured for Integrated SOA Gateway, you may now upgrade your EBS DB to Oracle Database 19c, referring to
