Over the past couple of days, I have been reviewing Best Practices for Minimizing Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 and 12.2.n Upgrade Downtime (Doc ID 1581549.1).

Reducing the upgrade downtime is a very common discussion. This document offers realistic numbers that some may find useful. It was good reading for me and thought I share it with every one.
