Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 Application Tier Migration is now certified

Oracle Announcement:

We are pleased to announce that application tier migration for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 is now certified. This process provides a way to effectively migrate an existing 12.2 application (middle) tier to any other certified 12.2 Unix/Linux platform, while preserving patch levels, retaining customizations, etc.

This 12.2 application tier migration process requires E-Business Suite Release 12.2.3 or later updates to the 12.2 codeline. This documented process outlines only the process for an application tier migration - database tier migration should be considered separately. For migration of the database tier, refer to the 'Database Migrations and Upgrades' section of the My Oracle Support Knowledge
