Business Scenario :

For Active Item You assigned a primary UOM for the item and now you do not want to use the UOM any more. Such scenario arrives when the business pattern changes and market starts using the items in a different UOM.

Examples include changing the UOM pieces of bread to Dozens of bread as more people started buying in Dozens. Similarly the space is nowadays transacted in Square feet in place of Square yards.
