Tips & Techniques: Min-Max Planning troubleshooting
Min-Max Planning is one regular Replenishment method used for some of the inexpensive items. While the below is the typical setup Process. the document also details the trouble shooting when requisitions and releases are not created as expected. Thanks to the great inputs from @Pennycong-Oracle
Basic Setup:
1. Check the item setup for the Items that will be min-max planned, refer to Note:106678.1 for more information
2. Identify the Supplier and Supplier Site that is desired to have the PO created automatically for.
3. Create an Approved Supplier List (ASL) for the item and add the Supplier and Supplier Site.
4. Under the ASL Attributes, add the Blanket number and the line number that contains the item in the Blanket
