Tips & Techniques: Item Cost updates

When the cost parameters are changed you may want to do a bulk update of large number of items.

You can update the costs using the Program "Mass Edit Cost Information" Program as a Inventory User.

In case you have the challenge to give the items in a range you may try to load the items that you want to update, in to the Interface table "CST_ITES_CSTDTLS_INTERFACE with transaction type as Update. And than run the Program "Mass edit Cost Information"

item_cost - New Cost

usage_rate_or_amount - New Cost
