Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Trouble Shooters: Export option disabled

Situation

In Menu applet the File --> Export option is not functioning or disabled.

Mistake proofs

Make sure the browser allows ActiveX controls and downloads to be enabled. the setup varies from browser to browser but it is quite intuitive.
Set your Proxy server setting of bypass Proxy server for local address
Delete your browser cache and set to delete the cache when you exit the browser
Disable Popup blocker

In Oracle EBS, Set your system Profile Export: Mime type as ‘text/tab-separated-values’ or or ‘application/vnd.ms-excel’

Analysis

Tools --> Diagnostics --> Examine

Set Block = environment

Set Field = FND_EXPORT_BUG
